Installation method
Paste method: For some lighter sound-absorbing panels, such as polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels, special glue can be used to paste them directly on the wall. Before construction, it is necessary to ensure that the wall is flat and clean, the glue should be applied evenly, and after pasting, it should be pressed appropriately to make it tightly combined with the wall.
Keel installation method: Wooden sound-absorbing panels, metal sound-absorbing panels, etc. are often installed with keels. First install light steel keels or wooden keels on the wall, and then fix the sound-absorbing panels to the keels with self-tapping screws or other connectors. This method can form a certain air layer between the sound-absorbing panel and the wall, enhance the sound absorption effect, and also facilitate later maintenance and replacement.
Suspension method: Some special sound-absorbing panels, such as space sound absorbers, can be installed on the ceiling or indoor space by suspension. By adjusting the height and position of the suspension, sound waves in different directions can be effectively absorbed to improve the acoustic environment of the entire space.
