Multi-dimensional simulation system
High-definition inkjet printing: using industrial-grade inkjet equipment (resolution ≥1200dpi), the complex veins of natural marble are reproduced through nano-level ceramic glaze, such as the cloud pattern of Carrara white and the metal wire pattern of fish belly gold, with a color restoration of more than 98%.
Physical structure modification: combined with hot bending technology (softening at 600-800℃), the board can form special-shaped structures such as curved countertops and curved columns, with a flexural strength of 38MPa, breaking through the modeling limitations of traditional stone.
Multi-layer composite process: The typical structure is "UV wear-resistant layer (0.3mm) + high-definition printing layer (0.2mm) + stone plastic base material (3-8mm) + embossed balancing layer (0.1mm)", and the impact resistance and moisture resistance are enhanced through five-layer composite.
