Installation Steps
1. Preparation
•Measure the Wall: Use a tape measure to determine the height and width of the wall to ensure you have the right size of WPC panels.
•Clean the Wall: Ensure the wall is clean, flat, and free from dust and debris.
•Gather Tools: Have all the necessary tools and materials ready.
2. Install the Baseboard (if needed)
•Install a baseboard along the bottom of the wall to serve as a starting point. This can be a wooden strip or a metal strip, fixed to the wall using screws. Ensure it is level.
3. Install the First Panel
•Mark the Starting Point: Mark the starting position for the first panel on the wall, ensuring it is level.
•Cut the Panel: If necessary, cut the first panel to the appropriate length using a saw.
•Secure the Panel: Attach the first panel to the baseboard and the wall using screws. Space the screws about 30 cm apart.
4. Install Subsequent Panels
•Align the Panels: Place the next panel so that its edge aligns with the edge of the previous panel, ensuring a tight fit.
•Secure the Panels: Fix each subsequent panel to the wall using screws, maintaining an even spacing between them. Use a level to ensure all panels are aligned horizontally.
